Most products are custom-made; therefore, all sales are final once production starts. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customer-approved artwork or design errors
- Approved spelling, grammar, or information
- Color variations within normal tolerances
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Custom items like apparel, banners, stickers, or personalized products
Please review all proofs carefully before approval.
**DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS**
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. Possible resolutions include reprints, replacements, store credit, or refunds if it’s our error.
**COLOR & PRINT DISCLAIMER**
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to monitor settings and printing processes. Minor variations are normal and not defects.
**ORDER CANCELLATIONS**
Orders can be canceled only before design work or production begins. Once approved, cancellations may incur fees.
**CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY**
Customers must review proofs, verify details, and provide high-quality artwork. We’re not liable for errors approved during proofing.
